Elvin Aycock is the president and principal engineer of Atlanta Engineering Services, Inc. He is a professional engineer (PE), a professional hydrologist (PH), professional land surveyor (PLS) and is ACTAR certified (Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction). Elvin is also a Registered Environmental Manager (REM), which is awarded to professionals meeting educational criteria and successfully passing the REM exam as setout by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.

Elvin attended Mississippi State University and obtained his Bachelors of Science in 1971. From that point on, Elvin has taken courses at Northwestern University Traffic Institute, Texas A&M, University of North Florida (IPTM) and the National Highway Institute to further his education.
Elvin is also a member of the following professional organizations: National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), Georgia Society of Professional Engineers (GSPE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia (SAMSOG), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE, Investigative Engineers Association (I-Eng-A), Southeast Accident Reconstruction Society, Inc., National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists, National Registry of Environmental Professionals, American Institute of Hydrology (AIH).
In 1990, Elvin began Atlanta Engineering Services to provide civil engineering and land surveying services. Since then, the firm’s expertise has expanded to provide forensic services to attorneys and the insurance industry. Atlanta Engineering Services now offers services in civil engineering, land surveying, traffic accident reconstruction, hydrology and property damage / personal injury. Elvin is a talented author and has been published in several engineering and surveying publications.

Jared McKinnon - Vice President
Jared McKinnon is the vice president of Atlanta Engineering Services, Inc. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained is bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. Jared continues to gain additional education through a number a continuing education courses. In 2011, Jared became licensed as a professional engineer (PE).
Jared is a talented engineer and accident reconstructionist that specializes in creating 3-D Accident Simulation Videos. He has had two of his 3-D Traffic Accident Simulation Videos aired on CNN"s TV Show entitled "In Session."
